RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We accept any unworn, unwashed shirts with original tags within 14 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange. 
  • We do not entertain refunds for custom orders. (Custom made shirts, Sleeve & Shirt adjustments are included in custom orders)
  • In order to request an alteration or remake, you must contact our customer care expert.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
  • Exchanges, and remakes are all subject to stock and fabric availability.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 3 days after receiving the return products.

FREE RETURNS

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


THESE STEPS WILL BE FOLLOWED IN CASE OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

 

1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/text or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the amount will be transferred to your given bank account details, within a certain amount of days. 

 

2.  Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, are packed properly.

 

3. Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense.

 

SPECIAL NOTES FOR CUSTOM SHIRT ORDERS

 

  • We happily accept request for any changes in custom sizes/style if our customers are not fully satisfied with the fit.
  • Custom shirts are made with specific customer requirements, hence custom orders are non-refundable and. However, we are always ready for shortening/tightening the shirts.
  • We offer free remakes in case of errors from our side only. (Subject to fabric availability)

 

SPECIAL NOTES FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE PAKISTAN

 

  • Customers are responsible for any incurred customs duties, fees or taxes. These fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers outside from Pakistan will have to bear the shipping charges.
