We accept returns or exchanges for unworn and unwashed shirts with original tags within 6 months of purchase.
General Conditions

Custom orders are non-refundable, including:

Sleeve adjustments

Shirt length adjustments
Refunds are only applicable if the mistake is from our side.

To request an alteration or remake, please contact our customer care team.

Customers must return items using a traceable courier or registered post, at their own expense.

Exchanges and remakes are subject to stock and fabric availability.

Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via call, SMS, or email.
If approved, the exchange will be processed or the refund amount will be transferred to your provided bank details within a few days. -
Please ensure items are properly packed before sending.

We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.

We accept requests for size or style adjustments if the fit is not satisfactory.

Custom shirts are made to individual specifications and are non-refundable.

Minor alterations such as shortening or tightening are supported.

Free remakes are offered only if the error is from our side, subject to fabric availability.
